Summary
The Zoran Villa (3*) in Sveti Stefan is a good economy option with a few features associated with more expensive hotels. It has a swimming pool. It is small, without a sea view, but located by the sea. The villa itself is located in Sveti Stefan which is considered a luxury resort. The villa is situated in a quiet location with virtually no tourists.
The rooms span both floors. Do note when you book that only four of the second-floor rooms have a sea view. Whichever room you choose, you will receive a warm welcome from the villa’s friendly owner, Stanko.
The rooms are not large, the interior is rather dated and I would put it in the two-star category. However, if you just need somewhere to lay your head and are out during the day, the Zoran villa is a perfect option.
Facilities
There are a couple grocery stores, three restaurants and a pizzeria 2-5 minutes away. There is a bus stop nearby, where buses to Budva depart every 15-20 minutes. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach via the stairs.
Sveti Stefan is generally a very tranquil and relaxed place. There are no more than 20 people on the beach at any point.
Zoran Villa Location
The Zoran villa is situated in the quiet, upper part of the village. To get to the sea on foot there are stairs all the way, so not accessible for everyone but you can drive.
